Depends on the exam. If you are filling the form where minimum qualification required as graduation, then the qualifying exam will be B.Sc in your case. Because you are filling the form on the basis of appearing in final exam of B.Sc.

The B.Sc. nursing course and the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) programme are not offered at AIIMS.
