At the undergraduate level, Vidyasagar University offers three to four-year BSc courses to students. The fee for the BSc course is INR 1,900 - INR 62,100. The eligibility criteria to apply for the BSc course is Class 12 with a minimum of 30 percent to 50 percent aggregate and the university accepts the scores of CBSE 12th and WBCHSE. Here's the eligibility:

  • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
  • Minimum education:
    • 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks fromrecognisedboard under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.

So you are elligible if you have Biology as a subject.

At the postgraduate level, Bharathidasan University offers two-year MSc Chemistry courses to students under the Department of Chemistry. The eligibility criteria to apply for the MSc Chemistry course is 50 percent aggregate in BSc Chemistry. So clearing BSc with relevant scores is very important for admission to the MSc course.
