For entering into IISER Kolkata or any IISER institute one should appear for one of the three exams called SCB, KVPY, JEE advanced. 

Depending upon the type of exam you appeared and the toughness of the exam and no of students appeared for exams along with the no of seat available the cut off marks for the particular institute of IISER is decided . 

The closeing rank in the JEE advanced to enter into these IISER Kolkata is 1815  . In marks wise you need to get around 160 -170 out of 240 in institute exam of Kolkata for the general category students

If you do not have economics and maths in class XII and want to get admission in Geographic honours BSC in Shri Shikshatayan College in 2024. It's important to check the college's entrance requirements for the particular programme if you plan to enrol in Shri Shikshayatan College's B.Sc. To pursue BSc in Visual Media course, candidates need to have done +2 in any discipline or its equivalent with 50% aggregate or 3-year Polytechnic Diploma. Campus placements of IISER is good. Many of the students are exploring their interest in the Science field in several reputed places like DRDO, ISRO, BARC, TIFR .etc. It also provides internship to the students who are interested in both the public and private sectors. In addition this institute also provides the summer internships for the students to encourage them.

When coming to the salary for the B.Sc students the average annual package is  INR 8 Lakhs. You must also need to secure 60 % of the score in your academic years. But keeping the salary aside these institutions are providing the best campus placements for the students.

To get admission For B.Sc in SASTRA you must have to remember some points and are :-

  1. Board Mark
  2. Jee Mains Score
  3. Region
