Well, to get admission in DTU for biotech branch, one needs to appear in JEE Mains exam. And, in Jee Mains there is a section called Maths. If you have passed class 12th without Math, then sorry you are not eligible for B.Tech.

It's not comparing between those because both are good but if you want a Master's degree then my suggestion is to go through B.Sc with any subject of your choice. If you want to go through the technical way then you can go through engineering and technology (B.Tech) branch as per your choice.

You are not eligible for B.Tech in biotechnology, because the eligibility requires Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Mathematics or other opted subjects. So, it is better, you go for B.Sc in biotechnology.

Candidate who is seeking to pursue M.Sc. In Neuroscience, from any of the recognised Institution, must have completed the Bachelor's Degree programme in Biology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Neurobiology/ Neuroscience/ Zoology along with Chemistry.
