If you are a resident of the Delhi then you will be able to get the branch as there is 85% quota for the Delhi domicile students but if you are non-Delhi student then it might be difficult for you to get the branch in IPU.

No, this is important for the admission process.
That you have to give entrance exam and a personal interview for the admission.
You can still apply for the entrance exam for the admission.

Well, to get admission in DTU for biotech branch, one needs to appear in JEE Mains exam. And, in Jee Mains there is a section called Maths. If you have passed class 12th without Math, then sorry you are not eligible for B.Tech.

It's not comparing between those because both are good but if you want a Master's degree then my suggestion is to go through B.Sc with any subject of your choice. If you want to go through the technical way then you can go through engineering and technology (B.Tech) branch as per your choice.
