Both places are good for B.Tech. In Delhi, the best colleges are Delhi College of Engineering, IP University, Amity University, Subhash Chandra Institute of Technology and MAIT.
In Bangalore, good colleges are AMC College of Engineering, SVCE, HKBKCE, RV College of Engineering, etc.

If you want to take admission in B.Tech or B.Arch at JMI, you have to go through JEE mains. JMI board linked it entrance with mains, so first you have to clear JEE mains. This year's cut off was 106 marks in mains, but it varies every year.

i know about jec jabalpur it is good placement is also there

Its a pvt. University. If your home is near the college, you can take admission otherwise you should try for better option
