DU doesn't have B.Tech course. You have to either sit for JEE Mains or go to deemed universities.

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, formerly known as the Delhi Institute of Technology, is an engineering college located in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. Established in 1983, it is an autonomous institution of the Government of Delhi.

Hi,
As far I know, the training and placement department at IIITD helps students a lot.
The minimum percentage that one should maintain to be eligible to sit in placements is 65%.

Sharda University is a better option among your choices based on University reputation and brand image. The university has good academic environment with liter national guest faculty.

There is no procedure for taking direct admission in any government college in India. But, there are various private colleges which provides you the facility to do so with some extra fee and additional counselling procedures. But, if you want to take admission in any government college, you have to take part in some of the exams.
