Instead of complicating and wasting time, you should prepare for GRE and do exceedingly well in your B.Tech to get a spot in the Masters degree programme in these universities.

The fee in this institution is quite less. These are about Rs. 25T per semester.

It is through rank. Your rank should range in between 30k-40K and you can the cut-offs on JAC CHD 2017 site.

You can go for IGNOU. You can also prepare for CAT and after that, you can get good colleges if you score well in it so choose according to your priorities.

Technical education courses shouldn't be done through distance course. Firstly in cut throat competition of around 6 lakh mechanical engineers each year you may stand nowhere. Secondly, Supreme Court may take a decision on this.
