You can do MA in Philosophy after completing your B.Tech. While some colleges may pose an additional requirement for graduation in a similar field, most colleges accept admissions irrespective of the undergraduate subject-field.
The admission criteria may vary for MA Philosophy collegs in India. Students are advised check any additional course requirements before applying for admission.

It could be difficult to get a spot in the University College of Engineering, Narasaraopet, JNTU's B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) program if you have an AP EAMCET rank of 24,000 and fall into the BC-B category. In the past this institution ECE closure ranks have been far lower, For example the general category's closing rank in 2024 was 12,107.
Although the cutoffs for reserved categories, such as BC-B are frequently somewhat loosened, the difference might not be significant enough to accept a rank of 24,000.

It may be difficult to get into Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences' (AITS) B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) program with a rank of 58,880 in JEE Main. The closing ranks for this program in 2024 were between 30,658 and 96,147.
You are on the lower end of this scale for your rank, so admission is likely but not certain.
