The average BTech package for Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute is 3.6 Lacs per annum.
The institute has a good placement record with reputed companies like IBM, TVs, TCS, Wipro, and start-ups visiting the campus for recruitment.

The Adamas University average package CSE offered to BTech students during the 2024 placement drive is yet to be published on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. However, However, the highest package offered during Adamas University placements 2024 was INR 100 LPA. Earlier, the highest package offered to the batch 2023 was INR 21.59 LPA.

Admissions to regular BTech programme at Dronacharya College of Engineering is based on four online off-campus counselling. During first and second counselling, admission is made on the basis of JEE Main score. For remaining seats, third and forth counselling are conducted by HSTES to grant admission to the candidates based on Class 12 merit.

IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors: The JEE Advanced score of the candidate The category of the candidate The number of seats available in the course Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 9835. In 2023, it decreased to 9766. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 3201 to 3664 for OBC, 1896 to 1998 for SC, 849 to 778 for ST, 1401 to 1522 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

The cut off rank in Round 6 for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering is 16487 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one can not afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing from round to round, better ranks definitely increase your chances of getting admission to IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology.

For 2023, cut off was 7108 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering in IIT Palakkad - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 9783 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
