Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal offers a four-year BTech programme in three specialisations in full-time mode. Some of the major highlights regarding IIIT Bhopal BTech programme are given below:

The selection to IIIT Bhopal BTech programme is based on the candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which they are allotted a seat. The seat allotment also depends on the college cutoff and a candidate’s preference for that course and college. JoSAA registrations usually begin from the third week of June in online mode. However, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) manages the counselling process for the remaining vacant seats.

 The institute is ranked 30 among the top colleges of India under the “Engineering” category by NIRF in 2022 rankings. During IIT Jodhpur placements in 2022, the median and average package offered to BTech CSE students was INR 28.7 LPA and INR 28 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters of IIT Jodhpur in 2022 included Accenture, Amazon, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Adobe, etc.

 Admission to the course is entrance-based. Aspirants are required to take JEE Main and JEE Advanced. The selected students based on merit in JEE Advanced further have to participate in JoSAA rounds of counselling. The seat allotment process is then carried out as per performance in counselling and other selection rounds.

Aspirants need to appear for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced and secure a valid All India Rank (AIR). Based on students' AIR, the conducting body calls students for JoSAA counselling and carries out the allotment process. There is no other provision for admission to the BTech course. Step 4- Payment of application fees

The total tuition fee for BTech courses is INR 8 Lacs and INR 8.1 Lacs for the integrated programmes (BTech + MTech). IIT Bhubaneswar BTech's total course fee will further include more components such as hostel fee, library caution fee, statutory fee, etc. Moreover, the given tuition fee is as per unofficial sources and hence can vary. Apart from this, candidates need to pay JEE Main entrance & counselling fee separately. As the admissions to BTech programme are accepted through JEE Mains & JoSAA counseling.
