IIIT Manipur BTech eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Additionally, students must appear for the JEE Main exam and secure above the IIIT Manipur cut-off. Seats to the course are alloted through JoSAA counselling. The institute fills in the leftover seats through CSAB counselling.

DDU Nadiad conducts BTech admission process in two ways. For 50% for the total seats, candidates with a valid GUJCET score can apply directly on the university's official website or by visiting the university campus in person. The seats are allotted through a merit list based on the GUJCET scores.
For the remaining 50% of seats, the allocation is based on applicant's GUJCET rank, followed by ACPC counselling. For this, candidates must visit the official ACPC website. IIIT Manipur BTech admissions are entrance-based. Students need to apply through JEE Main followed by registering for the JoSAA counselling. The application fee for JEE Mains is INR 1000 (Male unreserved/OBC/EWS category) INR 800 (Female unreserved/OBC/EWS category) INR 500 (SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category). Students should note that the fee is taken from official sources/sanctioning body and is subject to change.
