There are about 200+ BTech in Biomedical Engineering colleges in India. Of these, 190+ colleges are privately owned and 25 colleges are owned by public/government. VIT Vellore, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad, etc. are the top BTech Biomedical Engineering colleges in India.

According to the official website of MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research, the average fee is INR 96,000. However, for the years 2023-24, it has been reduced, and the proposed fee is INR 78,000, but the Fee Regulating Authority will decide the final fee.
