Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur comes under RTMU which is a Government Funded Institute. The fees for UG courses is comparatively less due to the concession factor than other private colleges in Nagpur. The fees for B.Tech courses is approximately 1.8 Lakhs and for Mtech courses is 0.7 Lakhs for the entire course duration. It is an Association of Indian Universities member and has been recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) (AIU). The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has granted it re-accreditation with a "A" grade. The university provides programmes in science, commerce, technology and engineering, law, business administration, library science, and other fields at the undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, certificate, and Diploma levels.

The fees for pursuing B.E/B.Tech in SGBAU is INR.45K-4.86L, this fees is the average fees of pursuing any Bachelors degree and most of the colleges in the area has almost the same fees for U.G courses.
