Document verification was done at the time of admission in JENPAS UG counselling. Candidates must present the following documents: Provisional Seat Allotment Letter, JENPAS UG Rank card, Class 10th admit card/birth certificate, Class 12th marksheet, and an Undertaking from the candidate as per the Proforma.

Registration was mandatory to participate in JENPAS UG e-counselling and admission. Those candidates who did not register within the pre-declared period were NOT considered for allotment of any seat in any round under any circumstances. Registration fee for e-counselling is INR 500 only.

JENPAS UG counselling seat allotment result was announced online for the Round-1 counselling. For the round-2 counselling, WBJEEB released the seat allotment result separately. A third mop-up round was conducted for the seats that remain vacant. Candidates were able to download the seat allotment result for the mop-up round as all the updates/results that were published on wbjeeb.nic.in.

JENPAS UG entrance exam comprises two papers of 50 questions each. It carries a total of 100 objective type Questions. As far as the marking scheme is concerned, for every correct answer, candidates will get 2 marks and for each wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted. Candidates will be provided 90 minutes to solve the entire question paper.
