University of Alberta, but if Canada isn't a issue the college better then that is present in Europe and it's cheaper too, so check that and Australia as well.

Application forms are available from 18th of April. No such last date is mentioned in the official website. But tentatively it closes by end of May. Thanks.

This is the latest emerging branch. Many IIT's are offering it. Few NITs like at Bhopal, Kurukshetra, Rourkela offer this branch for undergraduate studies.

First thing, you need to have maths as a compulsory subject in class 12th. Secondly, there is no such post of research astronaut (and there is no direct posting for astronaut). To be the research scientist, the ideal path is B.Sc. Then, M.Sc and Ph.D and a lot of industrial experience in research sector (with lots of publication, patents etc.). For Bachelor's level, I don't think that there is any (good) college in India who offers cosmology or astronomy or astrophysics at Bachelor's level. You may check of the website of IIS Bangalore (Indian Institute of Science). They offers some certifications course in Astrophysics. Hope
