Yes, he is eligible to peruse MBA or MS from Germany. No need of work experience. Your Bachelor degree will be sufficient to get you into MBA course.

You can choose any graduate course like B.Tech, B.Sc. BA, etc. Remember only one thing that after graduating prepare for CAT and then go for MBA and make your career.

Hello Sakshi, Studying abroad is a very dynamic process. Some institutions do have medium of instructions in English in non English speaking countries.
