No, NEET is not necessary to get into clinical psychology colleges in India. There are other exams like GATE, which again is not required for many colleges offering the same.

No one course is better than other. Both are important in a patient's life.
Physiotherapy focuses on pain reduction, strength and mobility but Occupational Therapy focuses on independence in daily activities like dressing, eating and working.
Example: A PT helps a patient walk again after knee surgery. But an OT helps a stroke patient learn to feed or dress themselves again.
At the end, it should be a candidate's decision made with keeping career goals and liking in their minds.
