I feel you are best qualified to get admission in University of Toronto in aerospace engineering. You have a CGPA in excess of 9, in addition you had done your Bachelor of engineering in Aeronautics branch. These two factors in combination will get you admission there perhaps very easily. However I will like to add a word of caution here. Admissions in any foreign universities have many nuances in the whole process. Hence I would advise you to approach an institution or an agency which is dealing with sending students for MS abroad and specifically to Canada or to University of Toronto. It is indeed nice to see your interest in continuing your studies in spite of spending so many years outside college due to your health issues. Normally, speaking there are restrictions on total number of years available to complete an engineering course and also to clear the first year of engineering. If you have already cleared 1st year, and then taken this pause of few years because of your health, then it is a justifiable reason to be away from your course. My advice to you is contact immediately the register or the principal of the college where you were studying explaining your predicament and why you could not attend

In Canada, 4 years degree is acceptable so for this if you want to apply for Canada you will have to first do a Diploma there then you are eligible to do further studies. Good luck.

For taking admission in under-graduation programme, first you have to analyse that in which field you have interest and according to that you have to give the entrance test of that particular field and after that you get college according to your marks.
