It depends upon the institute, whether they provide scholarship on the basis of sports achievement or not. As most of the universities provide scholarships to the students who have sports achievement at state or national level. It will be better if you consult the administration of the institute.

I don't know much about this exam. But let me clear you that UG and PG entrance exams are never same because they have different syllabuses. UG entrance exam will be having syllabus up to 10+2 and PG entrance exam will be having syllabus upto UG course and additional, if any, as per the institute.

Firstly, to do Bachelor's degree abroad, after Diploma, you should complete your Diploma with some good qualifications. And, you should also need to spend some money to study abroad. But, if you have good qualifications. You can definitely do Bachelor's degree abroad. Hope this will help you.

Yes, you can give CBSE improvement examination while pursuing your Bachelor's degree but it's better to appear for all the subjects as it will give you a new and separate marksheet and you can use any marksheet out of two.
