You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion.
Bachelors will be a good option, Diploma will not be good for future scope.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidate should have passed masters degree in the relevant stream from a recognized university or Equivalent.
He/She should have secured a minimum 50% aggregate.
All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
ADMISSION GUIDELINES:
The selection will be based on the marks scored by the candidates in the entrance test.

It depends on the period of the time gap. Some colleges have age criteria for graduation. You will have to check that before applying to a college.

First of all, IIM doesn't provide purely Bachelor's programme. But, IIM-Indore provides an integrated programme of 5 years which is BBA+MBA. You can get into IIM-Indore after completing your class 12th by giving it's entrance exam, which is IPMAT. The cut off is more than 60% in the aggregate of the subjects.
