Yes, you can but check that you satisfy the cut-off. First of all, cancel the admission and take all the certificates back and go to the respective college in which you want admission and follow the same procedure of admission.

If you had not filled the application form for PUCET UG courses, then it will not possible to get admission. This is a big mistake you made by not filling the application form for the above university.
You can contact to the concerned authority or talk to the admission committee.

Hi Rohan,
Admission will depend on the nature of the gap and other important admission requirements like your percentage, test scores, SOP, LORs, etc. Typically you must have a first class for better chances of consideration. Below 50% is not considered.

Transfer is not easy, it will depend on the university specific admission policies and you must meet the credit points of the particular course. You may email the universities you are interested in and ask them if it's possible.
