To become a pilot only 12th is required and graduation is just additional qualification, in this matter. Although the concern of your parents is also correct, but my friend once you get a pilot's job no one really bothers what was your education or what degree you hold. And leaving the job is the rarest of the rare. Unless you get involve in some major incident or accident or you become medically unfit.
