Banks offer 80% of the total fee which includes your tuition, living expenses that is food, books, utility and other expenses and also the airfare. Whether it's 1 crore or less or more depends on the actual cost of education. Remember not every programme or course is eligible for a bank loan. It has to be a full-time programme, Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or Ph.D. The university reputation and the exact course also matters that is sometimes they don't offer loans for very niche courses. You can just go to your bank and inquire about the study loan to pursue higher education abroad.
