It's a 3 tier admission process. First of all, you have to clear the SMAT then you have to go for a group discussion and then you have to clear the personal interview.

Your PG marks will carry higher weightage than UG marks. But remember also that the universities consider many other factors also like your recommendation letters, statement of purpose, extra curricular activities and your GMAT score.
