To get into the best universities you must also have work experience and a very good GMAT score. 53% is unfortunately not a very good score.

Hi Raghavan,
The scores are good, it will depend on your overall profile now and your non-academic profile. If Harvard sees you fit as per their admission process you may have a chance. You must not only have good academics but must be an all-rounder and contributor.

Top universities in the world for this field include MIT, Duke University, University of California, Los Angeles, Imperial College London, University of Toronto , California Institute of Technology etc. In India you have IIT, DU, IISC to name a few.
