IELTS score is not a big concern for visa officers, it is mainly the requirement of the university but you must have a strong hold in English and have a good profile otherwise they will reject your visa in any grounds they would want to.

Hello Saurav,
The admission process is separately held for other state students for Anna University and its affiliated colleges.
You need to fill up the application form which will be released after the admission portal for Tamil Nadu and Tamil native candidates.
The official website is www.annauniv.edu
The admission is based on your overall marks in class 12 and aggregate in PCM. There is no separate entrance exam for admission.

There are a lot of Diploma/certification courses which you can do simultaneously with your graduation. Please mention the field in which you are interested so that more details can be shared since there are a lot of courses which you can pursue.
