Hello Subaasri!
SSN is a highly reputed college under Anna University. It is very difficult to secure a seat for BE at SSN. So, it is better to complete your BE and you won't regret after doing so from SSN.
But, if you are not interested, then you can discontinue your BE. Without interest, doing an engineering degree won't give you anything.
Make a wise choice.

Hi Prachi, it depends upon you. You have finished your graduation, if you want to study more, you can go for any Bachelor's course. It will give you an internship as well as job. Bachelor's course is a 3-year course. If you want to finish your study early, you can also opt for Diploma. But, Diploma in fashion designing will only get you job assistance. Whereas, if you go for both, Bachelors and Diploma, you will learn everything about fashion designing.

There is no such issue in taking a pause after graduation. Generally aspirants take a break so meanwhile they can work for a year or two for attaining practical knowledge, else to appear for competitive exams.
In your case, I am not aware of the reason. But, a genuine reason is positively accepted when you appear for MBA. Do try to utilize this year worthily so that the gap won't waste your precious time.
