In my view, you should go with DU since the colleges like St. Xaviers, Shri Ram, etc. are one of the top notch colleges for the study of politics and economics.

Normally, universities insist on having some bare minimum domain knowledge before permitting . However as you are seeking to do PG diploma only, I think you are eligible for doing this presently.

Hi Vinit,
This will depend on the college you are applying to and also on your overall profile. Generally, each section's score must be a minimum of 5.5 however you have a score of 5 in your writing section. Hence you need to check with the university directly if they can consider this score. Alternatively check with the college for bridge courses in English to meet the English language requirements.
