Hi,
With 65% it will be difficult to get admission in German universities. When you talk about the best universities its the TU9 universities for which you must have around 90%. However check this if you can find options

Hi Ajaya, if you have not yet applied to any Bachelor's degree course you must communicate with the universities firstly and ask for such a provision. Generally colleges have a declaration that if you don't clear the compartment exams your application will be withdrawn. If you are already pursuing your degree I am afraid you won't have any such provisions and you should have checked the conditions earlier.

B.Com is an age old course which focuses on all facets of Business such as Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Taxation, Finance, etc. These disciplines are evenly spread throughout six semesters.

Bachelors in Accounting and Finance has more or less the same subjects in the first two years as B.Com with a few deletions and and additions. As far as the final 2 semesters are concerned, This course dives deeply into the disciplines of Accounting and Finance.

In order to get admission in BCT you need to have HSC or equivalent recognised exam with English, physics, chemistry and biology with minimum 50% marks for open category and 45% for reserved category.
