Dear,
You can apply for education loan mainly for 2 conditions:
1. The institute or university where you want to apply for particular course should be recognized and under UGC guidelines
2. You need to complete the paper work like Address proof , income proof of your parents and fulfill all the criteria prescribed by bank for the Education loan.
All the best.

The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a Bachelor's degree designed to satisfy the academic requirement of practising architecture.
The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into B.Arch, a student must fulfil the following conditions:
10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with mathematics as a compulsory subject.
10th+3 years Diploma in any stream from a recognised university/ board/ institution.
You need to clear NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with the 80% marks conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Since you had arts (no maths) so getting admission seems difficult.

In order to meet the four year requirement, you have to take up a university accredited one year PG diploma course or a Masters in order to apply for MBA programme at Brock University. This route would be costlier as compared to an Indian PG Diploma programme. Alternatively, you may take a pre-assessment of eligibility, prior to submitting the application at Brock. I hope this helps

You can not apply in foreign universities after 3 years graduation degree if eligibility requirement is of four years duration degree course. To circumvent this problem, you are advised to do one year PG diploma. With 3 years degree and one year PG Diploma, you will become eligible to seek admission in foreign university which has 10+2+4 education requirements.
