Yes, you can switch but you have to start from Bachelor's degree. Also, you must check the admission requirements of the colleges and the programs. It is best you check with the colleges directly. See here:

There are two schools of thoughts and are on opposite sides. I suggest you make an attempt this year itself, if you get admission it's good else get experience and apply again.

For the post of Assistant Audit Officer under SSC-CGL exam, the minimum requirements are:
1. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
2. Desirable Qualification for Assistant Audit Officer posts: Master in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics or Charted Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary
