Hi,
Every university has different deadlines and you must visit the university websites for this. Ideally, application deadlines are during September or October, some universities have deadlines till March. You have to start applying a year before the admission intakes. Detailed information are mentioned on university websites.

Hi,
B.Tech or BE from India is preferred as you can apply to government jobs. If you have no plans of doing it, you may pursue it from Australia or any other country of your choice. Another point to keep in mind is the cost. The cost at IITs, NITs and IIITs is always cheaper than the private universities and placements are better too.

Yes, you can apply but, your university should have AIU and IAU recognition and you should have enough credit as per the university guidelines. Do check your university name in the authority website and you have to apply for equivalent certificate for the admission in particular university in India.
