The Staff Selection Commission will release the SSC CGL 2025 City Intimation Slip for the rescheduled exam on October 5. The Commission will release the SSC CGL 2025 admit card for such exam on October 9 at ssc.gov.in.

Preference for various posts and departments will be taken from the candidates through the Online Option Form on the website of the Commission before the declaration of the final result. A candidate will not be considered for a Post and Ministry / Department/ Organization, if he has not indicated his preference for it. Options once submitted shall be treated as final and will not be changed subsequently under any circumstances. Therefore, candidates must be careful in the exercise of such options.

The Staff Selection Commission scheduled the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam from September 8 to September 18, 2025. However, the exam is postponed due to the clash of exam dates with the SSC CGL exam in September. As of now, there is no official announcement regarding the new exam dates for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam.

Yes, the exam is postponed. The Commission will conduct the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam in October-November 2025. The exam will start in the fourth week of October.

Yes,the Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam 2025 till September 26.The SSC CGL 2025 exam will be conducted as CBT at the designated exam centres.
