If you are really fond of technical things and looking for a career in the engineering sector in terms of RnD or teaching, then you can opt for MS in the same field. Otherwise, you can work for a year or 2 and pursue MBA from abroad.
MS management or PG Diploma in management can also be taken now. You should evaluate all the pros and cons before coming to a decision.

You don't have to pursue any other course after completing mass communication if your communication skills are good. You can directly apply for PRO once you complete the course.
