You can directly get into mass communication after completing your 12th. The eligibility required to get into the course is 12th with minimum 60% marks.

Hello,
If you're a domicile of Karnataka, you need to appear for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET). This entrance examination is reserved only for Karnataka residents.
If you belong to any other state in India and want to take admission in a college of Karnataka, you need to appear for COMEDK entrance examination.

Hi,
It's a good thing you want to study again. But, it's not going to be easy with the track record you have. There is no guarantee you will be able to clear or not and, moreover, foreign universities look for the students who can contribute to the university and society. Though with hard work and determination I am sure you can succeed but there is a difference between reality and abstract. I will also advise you to not to go for IT as it involves strong mathematics background. Start checking college's websites and email them. Look for online or distance programs too. Yes, you can easily get as you have work experience also.The average package offered in PSGIM is around Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum with the highest package of Rs 12 lakhs per annum (Marketing). For others (HR, finance & operations) - Rs 8 lakhs per annum.

You can pursue any Bachelor's degree before MBA as there are no restrictions but if you pursue BBA it will be better as you will understand the topics in MBA better as compared to other field graduates and your basics will also be strong.
