Yes, of course there are certain criteria which you need to fulfil before you apply for a transfer. And, also you need to first check with BHU officials, if they would consider you for admission in 2nd or 3rd year.

Hello Saurabh,
For Economics, you should have Maths till class 12th, but it is not necessary to include it in BFS. One should have Maths either as additional subject (6th) or optional subject (5th).
And, yes Economics definitely should be included in BFS for Economics (H), else you will face deduction of some percentage from your BFS.

The minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be MET for pursuing the course is a Bachelor's degree in Science with Biology, Maths and Chemistry as main subjects. Rest, eligibility might differ from one institute to another.
