I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU, go through it and select any course that you like.

No, every university has its own different norms. Maths is not required by many universities but some of the institutions can have maths subject in B.Com.
You must have the basic knowledge of mathematics (up to class 10th or 12th).
So, you can easily crack or clear the exam.

For admission in MSW, you need to have done graduation with minimum 50% marks. You need to appear for BHU PET which is conducted by the university.

In my opinion, if you are capable then you should do self-studies, because there is nothing like studying yourself than going to any coaching. In today's world a lot of information is already available to download for free from the internet and so you can use that too in order to prepare. But, if you have already made up your mind to opt for coaching then you can contact Career Launcher or IMS because they are the best in this field.

Admissions into BHU are done solely on the basis of ranking and so it cannot be predicted on the basis of your marks.
