If you belong to general and OBC category, then it is impossible for you to get the admission with 94% marks. But, if you belong to ST Category or physical handicap, then only you will get the chance.

The criteria for applying for BHU is that the applicant must have passed or 3rd year appearing from any UGC recognized university. And, IGNOU full fill the criteria, so you can definitely apply for the entrance.

I dont think so, if you are a journalism student and done your graduation in Mass Communication. Because as per my knowledge, BHU can offer you masters in Public Administration or political science, if you are graduate from the same subject. So you should think before any action. ok dear
