As you mention that you are already working in Banking field for 2.5 years, doing a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance can be immensely beneficial to you.
The first big advantage that you would get is a significant RISE in your profile. Assuming that you are already working in Retail Banking function, you will be able to score opportunities in SME Banking or International Trade Finance.
