For admission to BCA at Sharda University, there is minimum eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled before applying for this course. To be eligible to apply for this course, every aspirant must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised board. Candidates must pass Class 12 in any one of the subjects from Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer/ Information Science as per the eligibility considered by the university for admission. For admission to the five-year integrated course in Computer Science, in which BCA degree is offered, fulfilment of eligibility criteria is essential. Thus, the aspirant must be a Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC) or any other exam recognised equivalent thereto by GNDU, Amritsar.
