Congrats for joining BCA programme in CRM University. It is fine that you have focused your career in IT domain. From the very beginning of the BCA mind it always BCA is your present but MCA is your future. In IT Industry you will get a good position and a better pay package equivalent to that of B.Tech, if you complete your MCA. You may get a job after BCA but that should be your target one. Give your best effort - acquire domain knowledge and finally achieve optimum score in BCA and then go for MCA.

Your rank is good but it's tough to get VIPS. VIPS is the most reputed institution of IPU and you are outside Delhi candidate so there is a little chance to get VIPS.
