Hello,
So, you are confused between if you can go to the ISRO or any space science after BCA, then let me clarify you that you cannot go just after BCA. The reasons are following:
(1) Indian Space Research Organization is the only organization in India which conducts all its space program. To enter in ISRO, you must have at least M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. ISRO does not hire the candidates who are only graduates. And if they do then it's a very rare case. So, no chance to get admission there.
(2) ISRO wants the candidates who are specialized with the branches like Aerospace, Aeronautics, Astronautics, Electronics, computer science & IT, Remote sensing & Navigation, Communication, etc. In BCA, you will just get the basic knowledge of Computer Application, BCA is not the stream of core specialization in computer science. So, no chance to go there.
(3) Although, in Space Science Organization, there are huge vacancies for computer science and IT students. But don't ever think to go there with only your graduation degree and no work experience. They do have a ton of weightage on your work experience in a particular field. Through BC, if you can't handle their ultra complex software and programming features. You cannot encrypt the data as they want. So, there are a lot of things which you cannot do with just BCA.
So, I suggest you to do MCA after that from one of the premier institutions and have a lot of experience in any space science or related field. This might help you go get admission in ISRO.

In my opinion, Maharaja College is better than Subodh College. You can consider the below parameters 1) Faculty, 2) Affiliation / Recognition, 3) Course Material, 4) Quality Education, 5) Fees 6) Infrastructure, 7) Success Rate, 8) Placement, 9) Top recruiting companies.
Selection is based on class 12th board's percentage. I scored 64% marks. The cut off for the course was 62% marks in 2011. I opted for this college because, it is an okay college with low fees and it being a government college, so the degree is also valuable. Campus life is good, you have the option to play anything you prefer from basketball to cricket and else. Labs are just good, no debates and related activities. Gender ratios, hostel parties, workshops, cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status - I can't say much about them, but as far as I have seen they are good.

I think IGNOU is the best one. For one - It was created by the Act of Parliament, 1985. So all its programmes are well recognised by different universities for pursuing higher education and also by industries for jobs.
Getting admission in IGNOU is really easy. They have online admission system. You can simply upload your documents at IGNOU Online Admission and secure admission.
The best part is its study material. They are designed by professionals and Ph.Ds/ experts in fields. So the content is of high quality. Since they are specially made for self-study, they are easy to understand. You receive study material by courier. Infact you receive even exam hall ticket and I card by post and well in time. Or else you can download them from the web site. In short, all processes are simplified. For any other queries, you can seek help from your regional centre.
But IGNOU is for those you are sincere in studies for exams are more difficult than Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) for sure. Also, you need to have submitted your assignments in time. Or else you won't be allowed to appear in that particular subjects exam. In other words, passing SMU exams is a lot easier.
In my opinion, If you want more knowledge and study not just for the sake of having a degree certificate, then IGNOU is your way. But if you want easy way then go for SMU. I am no way devaluing SMU degree, but in my personal opinion, Ignou is better.
