MCA graduates are paid up to INR 3.5 Lacs per annum in the private sector. The Indian graduates in MCA are also in demand abroad. The remuneration abroad is very high for MCA graduates and some company's even pay up to Rs. 60 to Rs. 90 Lacs per annum.

It doesn't matter on the course. It matters on your ability, how talented you are, your communication skills, your technical skills.
Both are good.
From my suggestion, go for B.Tech+M.Tech.

Yes, you can apply but you do B.Sc. It is best for you if you are interested in computer do BCA.

There are no specific entrance exam for bca.
For bca direct admission is there one scoring 50% and above with having maths in10+2 can easily get admission for bca.

There are no particular courses you need to study before studying BCA. Opt for CS in class 12 so that your basics in computers are clear before proceeding for the course. Please check for basic eligibility criteria required to study BCA mentioned below:
BCA Course: Eligibility:
Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognised board of education. English as a subject of study. A minimum aggregate score of 45% at 10+2 level. Some colleges prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level. Regards.
