Yes, but there is no BCA and MCA abroad, these degrees are awarded only in India. You can check for MS programs in relevant and related areas. The eligibility and fee will depend on the country, university, etc. Please check here:

Hi,
To pursue BCA, Maths must be a compulsory subject in 12th however few distance university provides BCA without maths in 12th. You may check with IGNOU, SMU once.

It's a regular course and even if some of the institutes are offering it through distance, it will be always be beneficial to go with the regular course

BCA Course: Eligibility
Candidates who wish to pursue BCA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board of education.
English as a subject of study.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% at 10+2 level.
*Some colleges prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level.
For fee structure, you need to specify the college/university name for exact information.
