Hello,
Just on the basis of BCA you can get jobs but they wont be of good salary package or job profiles. I am happy that you are thinking of doing some thing more after BCA. The best course available for a BCA student is MCA. Master in Computer Application (MCA) is an excellent course and large companies are taking MCA qualified candidates in thousands. MCA is a qualification which is a master level degree and makes you a specialist in computer applications. Now-a-days, students are opting for engineering and then doing MBA to back it out. MCA is fading fast.
If you are interested in engineering, then it should be a reputed college. Then only it is worth.

It all depends on your work but expected, salary after BCA is maybe 18000 or more. And after MCA, salary gets doubled.

Those who have completed 3 year diploma course after matriculation are also eligible for BCA B.Sc. Course. For admission you must have passed in 3 year Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic recognized institution with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
