I don't think you'll be able to get admission into JNU after scoring 70%. Many government colleges don't offer courses like BCA. You can try to get admission from other universities or colleges for BCA. There are many universities in Delhi which will provide admission to arts stream students for BCA. Most probably no. Because the eligibility and selection criteria of both the courses are different. However, you may asked to your college regarding this.

It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the colleges to pursue MBBS regular basis. You need to pay a whole sum amount and take admission or go with any other courses.
