It seems you have been inquiring the same query many a times. What you want to study is basically your choice. You need to mention your interest so that proper advice can be given. Best differs from individual to individual, you need to identify your areas of interest, strengths and try to know what you want your career to be like. Do you want to be in IT or Management? Do you have any other interests? Best country similarly will depend on your career plans, university requirements, budget, climate.

You can't go with BCA without Mathematics. Instead doing BBA followed by MBA may be suitable for you. It has job prospect too.
