For pursuing BCA, some institutes need any one of mathematics/business maths/computer application as one of the subjects in +2. Some Institutes need math as a compulsory subject in +2. There is no uniform eligibility criteria for admission in BCA.

Both fields have good career opportunities but B.Tech can provide you job in various sectors.
The study of B.Tech is a little harder than BCA but it is better in career prospects.
The choice is yours.

With this percentage in graduation, you won't get best B-School of India. So, according to me, you should upgrade your percentage in Master degree and than try for Top B-School.
And you should appear for CAT, MAT, NMAT, XAT or GMAT and then try for B-School selection process.

It depends on your interest, and efforts given for learning. I think, you can go with engineering. Else, you can pursue BCA followed by MCA.
