BCA is computer science. So, if you do hospital management, then it is totally different from BCA and it totally depends on you because you have to start from the beginning and you will have do work hard.
All the best.

Without clearing all the subjects in the previous exams you can't take admissions for any courses in the future. It is mandatory to complete all the subjects in order to get admitted in any college. I would suggest you to start preparing on failed paper so you can clear that successfully. In future BCA will still have maths a subject to cope up with and for the score you have acquired in computers is great. You can make a career in computer applications given you clear the maths paper and is very passionate towards the course.
All the best.

You may choose a course of your interest. With this score, you can go for the colleges through any exams if you have appeared, else you can go with your board exams alone. All the best.
