The eligibility for seeking admission in BCA is passing of 12th. If you have done your Diploma after 12th then by the by default you become eligible to apply to BCA since you are already 12th. If you have done Diploma after 10th then still you don't need to lose hope. Many state governments have declared Diploma to be equivalent to 12th. You just have to find this equivalent from the administration of your Polytechnic that you are studying at the moment. Once you have this then definitely you can seek admission for BCA courses.
Best wishes to you.
